My Liver

 

 

You can see that the surface has become hard, crusty, and covered with bumps. In section (not very sharp) you can see green and grey streaks -- up close, you would see that there is scar tissue throughout the mass of the liver.

That's me in the second picture, looking pretty scrawny and green. (But quite happy nonetheless!)
