Kid Culture Biography

Kid Culture is without doubt one of the most exciting prospects to emerge
from Amsterdam’s fertile dance scene at the moment. He is the main Dutch
producer for the famous Suara label led by DJ Coyu, Because of his
releases on the Suara label Kid has created the chance to shine on big
labels like Gruuv, Yoshitoshi, Sincopat, Catwash and Bitten, the fresh new
label from 2000 and One and Sandy Huner.

As a DJ he has build up quite some experience throughout the years. He
played in almost every famous club in the Netherlands, he performed at
Festivals & clubs like The Montreux Jazz Festival, Borealis, Rex Club
(Paris), Roxy Dust (Prague), Soenda Indoor and even one of the first
Awakenings back in the late 90’s. Kid Culture’s journey started out in
1991, after he exchanged his love for Hip Hop in to House Music.

This makes him the DJ and Producer he is today, one with a versatile
choice of music and with a main goal to please a crowd. In 2011 he will be
preparing his live set, this summer will be the kick off for this new
adventure featuring loads of international shows and festivals.

His sound can be described as electronic soul music with passion. His sets
are always full off energy, House, Tech, Deep house, Disco, Techno..
Variation is his keyword. He always drop's a classic in his set, so the
people won't forget the artist his roots who made this all possible.
