When heading towards the venue: please turn up the brightness of the screen on your phone and download your e-tickets for faster access. No need to print your e-ticket.

No entrance after 02:00 and no re-entrance after leaving the party.

Awakenings Eindhoven takes place at the Klokgebouw, Eindhoven.

Public Transport
Use public transport! At the beginning of the event the trains will stop in front of the Klokgebouw at the train station Eindhoven Strijp-S.

IMPORTANT: There will be no night trains! First train will leave at 06:24 AM from Strijp-S to Eindhoven Central Station.

Look for current departure times on 9292 or NS or use the NS planner application (Android / iOs) or the 9292 application (Android / iOs).

Bike
You can rent an OV-fiets at Eindhoven Central Station. It is obligatory to have an OV-chipkaart, with this card you can get a season ticket which you can use for renting a bike. For more information visit the website of NS.

Car
Follow the signs "Strijp-S" and set 'Stoomstraat' in your navigation system to get near the parking area. Another parking option is the Kastanjelaan.

If you travel with a rented bus, please email to info@awakenings.nl for instructions.

Taxi
There will be a special taxi stand near the Klokgebouw, just follow the signs to get there (de Machinekamer).


Uber and other pre ordered taxi’s
Travel easily, fast and comfortable with Uber to your next destination, you will find your driver at the pick up point near the Achtseweg Zuid. Please follow the pre-booked taxi signs.

During all our Awakenings events we are working with a deposit system on all cups, cans and bottles we give out at the bars. We would like to collect as many as possible, to make sure they can be recycled!

1. At the entrance, after scanning your ticket, you’ll receive 1 FREE recycle token from us.
2. With each drink you order, you hand in your recycle token or an empty cup, can or bottle.
3. Lost your recycle token and/or your cup, can, bottle? Then you have to pay 1 regular token.
4. When you’re leaving the venue or you don’t want to have a new drink, you can hand in your empty cup, can or bottle at the bar or at the recycle points at the venue. The bar staff will give you your recycle token in return.
5. There is a unique code on the recycle token, after the event you can go to our website and fill out the code, then you have a chance of winning prizes!

After buying your locker online in pre-sale, you will receive an e-mail with your locker number and pin code, so this will avoid waiting at the locker desk. If you bought your locker online and received the number and pin code, you will not be able to re-sell the locker e-ticket through Ticketswap anymore.

Lockers can be bought online till Wednesday 22nd of January 09:00.
The locker number and pin will be sent on Thursday 23rd of January.

The last lockers will be available at the Klokgebouw.

The locker measurements are:
Standard: H22 * B25 * D50 cm (1 or 2 friends)
Large: H36 * B25 * D50 cm (2 or 3 friends)

- Bring your happy face.
- Age 18+ (don't forget your ID).
- Always follow the instructions of staff, security and emergency services personnel.
- We have the right to refuse admittance without restitution of entrance fees.
- Before entering, our crew or security can ask for your identification to check your name and age.
- Always respect other visitors, no (sexual) harassment will be tolerated. Read our Code of Conduct.
- No pets / fireworks / weapons / sharp or dangerous objects are allowed.
- No drugs are allowed, so all hard drugs, pills, powders, liquids, mushrooms and N20 (nitrous oxide/laughing gas) are forbidden.
Hash / weed (<5 grams) are tolerated (no pre-rolled joints!) only at our events in Amsterdam Gashouder.
- Security will thoroughly search everybody before and during the event.
- When hard drugs are found you will be removed from the event and you might be handed over to the police.
- You're not allowed to bring your own drinks/foods/beverages.
- Store your bags and jackets in our lockers.
- Camera surveillance and metal detectors are part of our and your safety.
- Selfie sticks, professional photo / film / video / audio equipment are not allowed. Standard digital cameras / phones are allowed.
- Club oriented football shirts or shirts / stickers with offending lyrics / symbols etc. are not allowed.
- Football shirts of national teams are allowed.
- Please keep your shirt on.
- Masks are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed in the smoking areas, follow the "smoking signs".
- Access is at your own risk. If you feel uncomfortable or if you want ear protection, please go to our first aid/EHBO/EMS, they are your friends.
- It's forbidden to have commercial activities in and around the festival area, without the agreement of the organisation.
- Large flags / inflatable objects are not allowed.
- No entrance after 02:00 and no re-entrance after leaving the venue.

Awakenings is a zero tolerance event.

No hard drugs are allowed, so all pills, powders, liquids, mushrooms and N20 (nitrous oxide/laughing gas) are forbidden and there will be extra inspections at the entrance and in the venue. Be aware that if security finds any drugs on you, your party will be over and you might be handed over to the police.

Only a maximum of 5 gr hash/weed is tolerated at the Gashouder (no pre-rolled joints are allowed).

We do not sell (e-)cigarettes during our Awakenings events. Due to Dutch regulations, it is forbidden to smoke inside venues. If you still want to smoke, you can go to the designated (outdoor) smoking area.

Note: It is allowed to carry a max of 2 packs of cigarettes per person. For e-cigarettes, complementary liquids are only allowed in sealed packaging.

Be aware of pickpockets, keep an eye on your bag/phone and leave valuable golden necklaces at home.
If you see anyone suspicious, go to the security and describe the thief.

For your safety, we also installed some cameras, use metal detectors and ask everyone to store jackets and (large) bags in the lockers.

We have multiple selling units for tokens (you can pay with cash or cards), 5 bars, 1 cocktail bar, 2 toilet groups, apparel shop, and first aid.

We also have food stands with lots of different delicious sandwiches, fruit, fries, burgers, and ice cream. Our menu is 100% vegetarian.

Visit the Apparel shop to buy one of our splendid Awakenings T-shirts, hoodies, caps, handfans, sun glasses and get your earplugs.

We love being your host, therefore, we would like to ask you to enjoy responsibly and look after each other.

Awakenings, EMS (first aid) and Unity are partners of Celebrate Safe. Remember the medical team is your friend, so do not hesitate to visit our first aid / EHBO.

At Awakenings, we aim to create a safe space where you can be yourself and lose yourself. We value and respect all people. We have a collective responsibility and take care of each other.

If you experience or notice behavior that’s not in line with our values, please check in with each other and know that our (social safety) staff is always there for you. At the toilets, there is a poster with a QR-code which will bring you in contact with the organisation.

Let's take care of each other.

We encourage you to live in the moment, make memories and minimize the use of your mobile phones. Upon arrival at the event, your camera flash will be taped over with an Awakenings sticker. In this way, we minimize the use of flash as this can be bothering artists and fellow visitors. When taking pictures and videos, please respect that some visitors might not want to be photographed or filmed.

If it is necessary to bring your medication to the event, you need to bring an official declaration of your doctor. In case of doubt, our First Aid crew (EMS) will check your medication and declaration.

If the event is sold out, it is not possible to buy tickets at the venue. Please check Ticketswap to see if there are any tickets offered.
