Baba Robijn, also known as Dhr. Robijn, has been going around in the international dance scene since a few decades. He is well-known for his eclectic selection of deep tech-house / electronic music

For his residence at Supperclub Amsterdam he co-compiled the 10th edition of the famous mix-album series. His solo project, the Supperclub Arrogance album even reached number 1 in the Dutch electronic album chart on iTunes.

Besides his residency at Supperclub, Mr Robijn also performs as a resident at Little Buddha and Nomads in Amsterdam and he played at festivals like Awakenings, Dance Valley , Extrema outdoor NL,.

Through the years, Baba Robijn's international career brought him to many festivals worldwide, like Sunburn(2009'10 and 11) in India and Glastonbury (2008 '9) in the UK and clubs such as the Zenzi/Mills in Mumbai and the Shanti Club in Moscow. And so the list gets longer and longer.

For 90watts, Baba Robijn just delivered his track "Eight Finger Eddie", a co-production with Jens de Langer. It's a tribute to the original American 'freak' who discovered and popularised Goa, and Anjuna Beach especially, as a 1960s hippy heaven. Baba Robijn lives in this area every winter and he is very involved in this scene.

The track was released on The Sound Of Amsterdam vol. 3, march 2011.
