About DJ Audiojerk

AudioJerk is a Bridges for Music alumni.

He has soundly established his brand in the South African Techno scene playing at every major festival around the country like Ultra South Africa, Rocking The Daisies, Oppikoppi,
Earthdance, Origin Festival, Plett Rage, and Ballito Rage to name a few.

Besides that, he has gained international status alongside the infamous brand, Boiler Room in 2016 at the world-renowned festival, Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) and as well as the Katemukke ADE Showcase in 2017. He has toured places like Germany, Reunion Islands, Mauritius, the Netherlands, France & Estonia.

AudioJerk has also seen his back-to-back moniker STAB Virus with his longtime friend and production partner, Siphe Tebeka explodes onto the international scene at the world's biggest Techno festival 'Awakenings 2017' before continuing on a 3-week tour around Europe, including Berlin, Hamburg and Estonia. He's also had successful releases on internationally recognized labels such as Suara with a breakthrough track “The Unknown Song” that received massive support from Laurent Garnier, Veerus & Maxine, Sven Vath & Coyu, and Katermukke and more recently, Senso Sounds.

A fresh start has brought on new milestones and opportunities for this rising local artist as he begins releasing his solo productions as AudioJerk while STAB Virus joins Senso Sounds, a label run by a long-time legend of the game, Oliver Huntemann. Together they've also released a Beatport chart-topping track, with Citizen Kain titled - Torium. In just a short five years, AudioJerk has evolved in massive leaps both as a duo and solo artist. Onwards and upwards, watch this space!
