Sunday tickets

• The complete order including the service fees will be refunded.
• The refund will be done to the main ticket buyer, to the bank details which are used to buy the ticket(s).
  
• The refunds will be done before 10 September 2023 and will be executed by our ticket provider Paylogic, no further action is needed from your side.

3-day no stay tickets

• The Sunday part of your entrance ticket(s) and locker(s), parking, and shuttle bus ticket including the service fees will be refunded.
• For the entrance tickets, the original ticket price was 199,- euro (including the service fee). We will refund 70,76 euro per ticket (this is including the service fee).
• The refund will be done to the main ticket buyer, to the bank details which are used to buy the ticket(s).
  
• The refunds will be done before 10 September 2023 and will be executed by our ticket provider Paylogic, no further action is needed from your side.

Explanation of calculation of the Sunday part
For all weekend products (entrance tickets, lockers, etc.), the refund you will receive will be a partial refund. This is calculated as a fixed percentage of the price you paid for the product. This percentage is determined by the opening hours on Sunday (16) as a percentage of the total opening hours of the festival (45), which translates into 36%.”

As an example: the refund for a 3-day no stay entrance ticket, for which the price including the service fee is €199, will be €70.76. This is calculated as €199 * 36% = €70.76.

Weekend tickets - BYO Grand Camping & Relax Resort

• The Sunday part of your entrance ticket(s) and locker(s), parking, and shuttle bus ticket including the service fee will be refunded.
• For the BYO Grand Camping entrance tickets, the original price was 220,- euro (including the service fee). We will refund 78,22 euro per ticket (this is including the service fee).
• For the BYO Relax Resort entrance tickets, the original price was 250,- euro (including the service fee). We will refund 88,89 euro per ticket (this is including the service fee).
• The refund will be done to the main ticket buyer, to the bank details which are used to buy the ticket(s).
• The refunds will be done before 10 September 2023 and will be executed by our ticket provider Paylogic, no further action is needed from your side.

Ticketswap orders (Sunday / 3-day no stay / BYO Grand Camping)

• The amount of the refund will be the ticket price that is paid on TicketSwap, with a maximum of the original ticket price. For 3-day no-stay and BYO tickets, the Sunday part of that price is refunded.
• The service fee of TicketSwap will not be refunded
• The refund will be done to the latest ticket buyer, to the bank details which are used to buy the ticket(s).
• The refunds will be done before 10 September 2023 and will be executed by TicketSwap, no further action is needed from you.

This percentage is determined by the cost of a Sunday entrance ticket as a percentage of three individual day tickets (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Weekend tickets with accommodation

Weekend ticket with pre-setup accommodation | Updated 22-08

• The Sunday part of your entrance ticket(s) and locker(s), parking, and shuttle bus ticket including the service fee will be refunded.
• For the Grand Camping entrance tickets, the original price was 220,- euro (including the service fee). We will refund 78,22 euro per ticket (this is including the service fee).
• For the Relax Resort entrance tickets, the original price was 250,- euro (including the service fee). We will refund 88,89 euro per ticket (this is including the service fee).
• The refund will be done to the main ticket buyer, to the bank details which are used to buy the ticket(s).
• The refunds will be done before 10 September 2023 and will be executed by our ticket provider Paylogic, no further action is needed from your side.

• Pre-setup accommodations will be refunded in the same way as weekend tickets, so 36% of the price you paid will be refunded. The refund amount varies depending on the type of accommodation you booked. As an example, the refund amount for The Queen will be €177.78. This refund will also be done before 10 September 2023 by our ticket provider Paylogic, no further action is needed.

• The Sunday part of your entrance ticket(s) and locker(s), including the service fee, will be refunded.
• For the entrance tickets, the original price was 185,- euro (including the service fee). We will refund 65,78 euro per ticket (this is including the service fee).
• The refund will be done to the main ticket buyer, to the bank details which are used to buy the ticket(s).
• The refunds will be done before 10 September 2023 and will be executed by Libema (Beekse Bergen), no further action is needed from your side.
• Cottages and Safari hotel bookings, including associated parking tickets, will not be refunded.
• We are still working out the details of providing a refund for the Safari tent accommodations.

Additional products

Parking, shuttle bus and lockers

All Sunday parking, shuttle bus, and locker tickets will be completely refunded, including the ticket service fee.

For all 3-day no-stay and weekend tickets, the Sunday part of the product price will be refunded.
Weekend product prices including fees:

• Locker Large = original price = 26,50 euro. Refund amount = 9,42 euro
• Locker Standard = original price = 18,80 euro. Refund amount = 6,68 euro
• Parking = original price = 35,50 euro. Refund amount = 12,62 euro
• Shuttle bus = original price = 9,70 euro. Refund amount = 3,47 euro

Tokens | Updated 05-09

Are you a weekend visitor with leftover tokens that you planned to spend on Sunday? We would like to offer you the opportunity to get a refund for unspent tokens.

Click here to enter our secure environment in which you will be able to provide us with your details so we can process your data and the refund securely. Keep your leftover tokens and your Paylogic order ID handy, you will need these when completing the request.

You will have the opportunity to send us the tokens free of charge to our PO Box number, or securely mail them to us by registered mail at your own expense. Please bear in mind that we cannot be held responsible for lost mail.

You will have until 5 October 2023 to request a refund and send us the tokens.

Camping - Click & Collect Store

All bought tickets of experiences on Sunday that were not used, were refunded to the ticket buyer on Monday 17th of July. For questions, please contact us here.

Hotel bookings (non Beekse Bergen) | Updated 22-08

• If you booked a hotel room in the Awakenings ticketshop (facilitated by Dance Travel), we will refund you the price paid for the Sunday night. Any Sunday-specific transfers you booked with us as part of your booking will also be refunded.
• The refund will be done to the main booker, to the bank details which are used to buy the ticket(s).
• The refunds will be done before 10 September 2023 and will be executed by our ticketprovider Paylogic, no further action is needed from your side.

Booking Protect / xCover

The Booking Protect / xCover insurance fee will not be refunded.

Merchandise

Merchandise ordered with tickets in the Awakenings ticketshop were sent to the address you added while ordering, these will not be refunded.
