What is the minimum age to get in?
At all our events, you have to be 18+. We check for ID at the entrance.

I have booked a hotel package for Eindhoven or Easter, how does this work?
You will receive the confirmation email immediately after your booking. Your festival ticket(s) will be sent to you later. Two weeks prior to the event will you receive your hotel voucher and ticket(s) by email. Your free copy of the Awakenings book - '20 years of Techno' will be waiting for you at your hotel room. If you have not received your ticket(s) at this moment, or if you have any other questions regarding your hotel booking, please contact our travel desk at [email protected].
What payment methods are possible?
For plain festival tickets we accept transactions from everyone through Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. For these countries other payment options are possible; • Netherlands: iDeal. • Belgium: ING Homepay and Bankcontact/Mr. Cash. • Germany: Sofort Uberweisung. For the hotel packages we can only accept Visa and Mastercard (Credit Card). If you do not have a Credit Card you can't proceed with the booking. You could ask a family member or friend in possession of a Credit Card to process the payment for you.
I lost my ticket, what should I do?
Please try to search for 'Paylogic' in your inbox and also check your spam folder. If this doesn't get you any results, please go to consumer.paylogic.nl/tickets, so we can resend your ticket(s) and/or confirmation e-mail to your mail address.
