Come sit with us this morning, where we begin with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, the ancient medicine of the heart, held with intention and gratitude, inviting you to slow down, drop in, and open.
As the cacao settles into your body, Inti and his team will guide you through an immersive sound healing journey, singing bowls, resonant tones and harmonies weaving through the space, bringing your body and mind into balance.
Breathwork, a powerful reset for your body and mind.
You will be guided through an energising breathwork session inspired by Wim Hof and Joe Dispenza. Through conscious breathing techniques, you release tension, boost your energy levels, and sharpen your focus, no experience needed.
Leave feeling clear, recharged, and ready for the day ahead.
Drop Into Your Body is a guided meditation experience woven together with music, designed to help you step out of your head and release the intensity of the festival experience.
In this session, you simply follow the voice of the guide, who gently supports you in slowing down, relaxing your nervous system, and calming your mind. No effort, no experience needed - just sitting or lying down, listening, and allowing yourself to be guided.
Let the music carry you as you soften into your body, reconnect with yourself, and find a deeper sense of ease and presence in the middle of a high-energy environment.
You might be surprised how powerful stillness can feel here.
Sonic Journey is a listening experience about the history of house and techno, told through music, audio clips, and storytelling. Experienced lying down or sitting, you follow a story that connects different genres, cultures, and the people who shaped them.
A story that began in Jamaica, traveled through Chicago and Detroit via Donna Summer, Grandmaster Flash, Frankie Knuckles, Juan Atkins, Robert Hood, and many others. When house and techno eventually arrived in Europe, new genres like trance and hardcore emerged and a culture of raves, festivals and massive events spread across the continent.
Ready to laugh for no reason at all? During this Laughter Yoga session, we'll combine simple breathing exercises with playful laughter activities that help you relax, let go, and boost your mood.
Don't worry, you don't need any yoga experience and there's no complicated poses involved. Just bring your energy, an open mind, and a willingness to have some fun. Before you know it, the laughter becomes contagious and the whole group is laughing together.
A fun and light-hearted way to start your day, meet new people, and leave with a big smile on your face.
This workshop is all about meeting others without pressure or expectations. Through light, playful exercises you’ll explore how connection feels when it’s clear, honest, and mutual.
We’ll look at things like: how do you say yes in a way that feels good? How do you notice a “no” in yourself and in someone else, without making it awkward?!
Nothing heavy, nothing complicated. Just real interaction, awareness, and the chance to actually feel what it’s like when connection is based on choice and respect. Something really valuable to take with you during your festival experience!
After hours of dancing, your body is buzzing. Your mind is full. This is your moment to reset.
Your voice is more than words, it's energy, vibration, and release. In this one-hour experience, you'll use breath, sound, and simple vocal exercises to let go of tension, recharge your system, and reconnect with yourself.
No singing experience needed. No pressure. Just an open space to make sound, have fun, and experience what your voice can do.
Whether you've been dancing all night, need a break from the crowds, or simply want to try something completely different, you'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and ready for whatever the festival brings next.
Ready to boost your energy and have some fun? Join us for a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. We invite you to an energetic and challenging Buddy Bootcamp. This is the perfect opportunity to get moving and start your day right. It's a fantastic way to meet new people and sweat together.

Set against the backdrop of the festival, the run offers a refreshing way to start the day, surrounded by like-minded people and good vibes.
After the run, you will receive a coffee from the Koffiesalon Baristas.
Step into a dynamic yoga flow where breath, body, and beat become one. Techno Vinyasa blends yoga-inspired movement with driving electronic music, designed to wake up your system, build heat, and unlock pure physical freedom.
You don’t need to be “good at yoga”, just ready to move. Expect strong sequences, moments of release, and space to fully drop into the rhythm. You will leave strong, flexible and ready for the festival.
Leave your shoes at the door and step onto the dance floor. Ecstatic Dance is all about moving however you feel. No choreography, no talking, just music and movement.
Whether you want to dance for hours, close your eyes and get lost in the music, or simply see where the rhythm takes you, everything is welcome. A fun and freeing way to start the day, connect with yourself, and enjoy the moment.
Start your day the delicious way with The Koffiesalon’s ultimate breakfast combo: a perfectly brewed coffee, a glass of fresh-squeezed orange juice, and a warm, buttery croissant straight from the oven.

FREE WATER
Water is for everyone! That’s why you can fill up your own bottles or jerry cans with water at any time at the water taps at the sanitary facilities. At the festival we will provide several free water points near the toilets.
SAVE WATER: EVERY DROP COUNTS
Water is one of our most precious resources. Together with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, the Province of North Brabant, the drinking water company Brabant Water, and the regional water authorities De Dommel and Brabantse Delta, we are using our festival to drive circular water chains through the Every Drop Counts project, an initiative focused on water saving and circular water use.
We have been taking concrete steps to reduce water consumption and improve water efficiency at our events, including:
• Installing water-saving taps and showerheads
• Using non-potable water for all flush toilets
• Gaining insight into our full water balance to identify further opportunities for savings
And you can help too! Camping visitors can make a real impact by shortening their shower time, even a small change makes a big difference when thousands of people join in.
Together, we aim to make every drop count, for today and for future generations.
